People like to say words or write emails, wave, smile, or even hug. These are all ways of saying hello. Hellos can also be made out of images or video, an interactive digital environment, or a logo.
We don't normally think of these more fancy things as hellos. Don't be fooled. They're saying hello all the time. It's just that all too often, hellos are poorly designed and thoughtlessly programmed. They can end up feeling less like friendly greetings and more like aesthetic hate crimes.
So at makeHELLO, when we’re saying hello with a wave or a hug, we tend to be free and loose. But when it comes to designing and programming these other, more involved hellos, we feel we can never learn enough. Inspiration drives us, but persistence carries us.
